Completed Talent Reviews are not populating in report

Hi All,

Our Talent Review process has started and we are now submitting the meetings and completing them. I was expecting that my reports would pull the data including the box matrix in but it hasn't. I am getting mixed results in that I see 2 of the 4 completed reviews that have data populates to risk of loss, impact of loss, performance and potential but the 9 box isn't populating.

I am concerned about the mixed results and am wondering if there is some sort of configuration piece associated with reporting that I missed. Attached is a sample of my report. XML attached as well. Any help would be appreciated!
