Selecting multiple default values in prompts in BI reports and OTBI Analysis

I have a requirement where I need to select multiple values in the prompts in the BI reports and OTBI analysis. For example: Consider the column 'Assignment Status', then there should be 3 default values selected when the user opens the report/analysis. 

Please give your thoughts/inputs if this is possible in OTBI Analysis/BI reports.
