Manage Compensation Eligibility based on Salary Change Date

Looking for some assistance in how an eligibility profile could be created to restrict compensation review eligibility based on when the last salary change was completed. The requirement we have is that you can't have a salary change in the past 6 months to be eligible for the annual cycle. There is nothing in the standard eligibility profile options to built that logic, so i am assuming it would be a fast formula but wasn't sure if anyone else has had the same requirement in building out the compensation plans.
