Importing goals or simplifying bulk assignment of goals to all employees

I have created goals for all our job titles. What is the best way to bulk assign them?

We're trying to avoid burdening managers with a goal-setting period each year. Therefore, we have created unique goals for each of our 180 job titles. But what is the best way to implement this each year. Some are likely to get tweaked each year.

- Is there a goal import option in TBE Perform that will allow me to assign goals to employees by job title?

- Or perhaps there's any easy way to do it if I setup job positions?

- Perhaps some other way?
