I am writing a report to extract Employee Goals and Goal Comments.  The report runs well until the Goal Comments attribute is added, it causes major duplication.  My example employee only has 5 goals but appears 65 times.  The comments that appear next to the Goal are not actually comments made on the goal but made on other goals or competencies.  

The attributes I'm using are:

Employee Goals - Goal

Employee Goals - Goal Weight

Employee Review Details - Employee Review - Dimension Comments (1st Part) 

This comment field was the only one that actually pulled in the comments, the others appear with blank cells.
