Planned Number of Hires

Error - Planned Number of Hires Incorrect

Requisition was created with Planned Number of Hires equal to 2.  This was a mistake and it should only be 1.  How can this be revised?  This is preventing the requisition from being closed.  Has anyone encountered this issue?
