I am being asked to create an EEO Candidate Pool report that compares the EEO information from the Hired Candidate to the Available Candidates at the time the Hired Candidate was Hired. This is complicated by the fact that a requisition can have multiple openings and each opening could have a different available candidate pool based upon date of application and the status of the application at the time of hire.
Has anyone else created such a report or have suggestions on how to start?
