Hi All ,
I am trying to create new competencies as part of the screening configurations . I notice that whenever i try create a new competency , i get a mandatory field "Primary Job Field" . The list of values in this field seems to be different from the Job field that is part of OLF .
Can you please let me know if it is possible to create new competencies (like we do the pre-screening questions) and use it in the requisitions .
It will be create if you provide a high level of overview steps that are needed to include the competencies in the prescreening section .
