Talent Center - Text Box in Performance Review page is not recognizing "Enter"

All text runs together in Text Box on the custom fields

We've just launched our Talent Center; and a concern that has been brought up, is that the words run together when entered in the Text Box custom fields used on our Performance Reviews. 

The field is not recognizing when a user presses "Enter"; is there a way to fix this so the information formats correctly once finished entering?
