Hello All,

As you all would be aware the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) would be effective in Europe from May 2018. I wanted to understand if Taleo as a product is compliant with these General Data Protection Regulations ? Or if there is any additional functionality introduced to make the system compliant? 

We have few concerns raised by our Cutomer with the regard to the 'General Profile' referral on the Internal career section,where Employees can submit the profiles of their contacts. But as per the GDPR that will be effective soon, we cannot have Employees to submit referrals without having a consent from the people that they are actually referring to. Can you please suggest how such validation would be done in referral cases if we do not have any validation that is provided out of the box?
