Cancelled Purchase Requistion

Summary

Cancelled Purchase Requistion cancels the Purchase Order but the PR unchanged

Content

When a user cancels a purchase requistion (PR) that has had a PO raised, the change order is correctly raised and set to zero.

However there is no update to the original purchase requistion and it still appears with the full value and no status change. Is this expected behaviour?

We will be reporting on the PRs by user and this will be misleading.
