Statutory Deduction Register taking upwards of 3 hours to run in 2018 payruns

the report is taking hours to run and in prior payrolls was not as bad

The Statutory deduction register is what we use to balance taxes on the payrun.  in the 2017 payruns it took about an hour and 15 minutes to post (which is ridiculous on it's own) but now for 2018 it is taking 3+ hours!!!

Anyone else experiencing this before I go open a ticket with Oracle?

I know when the reports are larger they take longer... but not sure why a fresh year would affect that.
