We just received our quarterly update for R12 and have a new feature in goal management called "Purge Goal Mass Request Data."  We were told in an SR we have open that this would fix an issue with our scheduled goal plan assignments which are running slow.  We cannot find any information on how to use this new feature.  I am attaching a screenshot of what we see when I choose this on a selected goal plan.  Does anyone know how to use this or where I can find information on this?  I saw a small blurb in the R13
