Time Difference From Offer to be Made to Offer Extended

Hi,
I am stuck on a formula and would love some help. My manager is wanting to calculate the time difference in days when a candidate is place to 'Offer to be Made' status through 'Offer Extended'. When I add the historical statuses with the identified filters, it will pull multiple rows, summing up the days a candidate spends in each of the statuses:
When I combine the statuses to get one single column with the sum, it is calculating from 'Offer to be Made' through 'Hired - Completed':
