We have found several employees that lost eligibility for their Medical enrollments and when an Admin event was process they lost their enrollment completely - not dropped or waived - the whole plan type disappeared from their enrollment results.
I need a report to find any other employees in this situation; we have two main groups and their Plan Types are static; I was thinking of a report that counted the number of plan types per employee. We could add criteria for the two groups and how many plan types they are enrolled into
