This document provides the step-by-step instructions about how to implement the sample Oracle Integration Cloud Service (ICS) integration of e-IWO inbound process.

The use case is the Electronic Income Withholding Orders (e-IWO) in the United States, the Office of Child Support Enforcement (OCSE) implemented an efficient and cost-effective way to electronically exchange income withholding order (IWO) information between child support agencies and employers. Oracle HCM Cloud provides the features to load OCSE source data into HCM Cloud, create or update employee involuntary deduction card and/or component, generate the audit report and exception report. Working together with these features, this sample ICS integration helps you automating the data preparation, data loading and processing without programming. On a scheduled basis, the integration automatically retrieves OCSE txt files from your SFTP server, decrypts the files, converts the files to HCM Data Loader's format, loads to Oracle HCM Cloud, notifies the load result to you, run the e-IWO process in HCM Cloud.
