Rehires restarting Element Entries
Summary
Element entries for 401k are automatically restarting for rehires, shouldn't beContent
We do not run payroll in Fusion, we use ADP. Employees elect 401k percentage in provider site, then we update HCM and feed payroll with the percentage for deduction. When someone terminates and then are rehired, the element entry is automatically restarting for the employee but this shouldn't happen. The employee has to reset up their account with the provider to declare the percentage that they want to deduct.
Does anyone have any thoughts or the same experience with a potential solution for getting the 401k element entries, and for that matter any other entries, to end date and not restart on rehire?
