We are assigning budgets to Workforce Compensation from the top down.  In most cases, when the budgets are published the total budgets for each respective manager are rolling up to the next level with no problems.  We have a situation where a single manager with managers underneath has a budget that is not including the budget allocated to his direct reports.  We have tried withdrawing and republishing the budgets, but nothing changes and the last date published is showing as 2/21/2018 even though we made adjustments today, withdrew and republished.  We have a SEV 1 ticket opened with Support because
