Hi,

My company is currently migrating to HCM Cloud. We are trying to determine the best possible way to handle the grades in HCM Cloud, given that we can have both internal and 3rd party grades at the same time for an employee.

We would be grateful if you could please share with us how you are maintaining Tower Watson codes or any other 3rd party vendor that provides market salary information?
