Formula to use "Offer Actual Start Date" if "Hire Start Date" is NULLContent
Hello,
I am looking to create a report with a column for Start Date that uses "Hire Start Date" as the value if it's complete and then "Offer Actual Start Date" if it's null. Does anyone know how to do this?
Thanks!
