Issue with Image when sharing job on Facebook

We are having trouble with the option to share a job posting on Facebook. The image that is displayed on Facebook appears to be sized incorrectly

We are having troubles with correcting the image that is displayed when we share a job posting from Taleo to Facebook.  Ultimately, we want to have this image display our logo, but for now it is showing the word 'reers' -- which should be "Careers".  I believe there is an issue with our file size that is causing this, but I'm not sure where this file is saved at in the configuration in order to update it.
