Most recent job experience

I'm trying to run a candidate report and the person requesting the data wants the most recent job title for the candidates. Unforunately, and this predates me as an admin, we don't use the Taleo built in job title for job experience. We use a UDF.

But when I try and either use the built in filter "Only show most recent job experience" or the field that shows you want number of job experience the data is coming from, it won't work. For almost every candidate, it pulls in every job title and for the field that shows which job experience it's coming from, it shows 1. Even if I go look at the candidates record it it clearly shows that they have listed 4 previous jobs, all 4 job titles appear and they all have 1 next to them.

Howdy, Stranger!
