Using Oracle HCM Talent Review live during a Talent Review Meeting
Summary
How are other customers incorporating Oracle HCM Talent Review into your Talent Review Meetings?Content
Our organization has always used PowerPoint to capture data for Talent Review Meetings (9-Box, flight risk, impact of loss, feedback comments, specific next step tasks/development items, etc.). This year we will be using Oracle HCM Talent Review for manager pre-work, during the actual Talent Review meeting and to capture post TR items (tasks, notes, etc.).
We are looking to know how other customers have incorporated using Oracle HCM Talent Review within your meetings. Please provide best practices and ideas on how you are using this module during the actual meeting. Are you using just the 9-box view? Using the Table View? Do you show details of the employee? Does this slow down the meeting or do you accomplish more?
