How does your company handle mergers and acquisitions?
SummaryDo you have a standard process for moving employees from acquisitions through recruiting and onboarding?
I'm trying to develop a standard process my company can use to hire employees we are acquiring via M&As.
Ideally, I would utilize TCC as much as possible. However, my process flow brakes down around the offer stage, since TCC cannot populate offer grids or approve/extend eOffers. Does anyone have any standard process they use for M&As or creating and extending bulk offers?
