Automatic Change to Requisition Step

Looking to automatically change requisition to "filled" once offer letter has been accepted

Hi All,

We are using Taleo Transitions to extend Advance E-Offer letters, but I am not sure how to capture the candidate response in both the offer step and the requisition step. Ideally I would like for the offer letter to be marked as "accepted" or "declined" and the requisition to stay as "Open" if the offer letter was declined or to change as "filled" if the offer was accepted. Anyone knows how to create this automation in the system?
