I know many people might need this feature.  I have posted this up in the Idea Lab.  Go over and give it a vote if you like.  

 

I am looking to have a way to do a bulk load update of a username and email.  We have this need as we deal with companies that have been acquired and or change their names and our user name is tied to the company and or the email address.   In the system right now there is no way to do a bulk upload and change to as users name or email address.
