OM costing items at 3PL

How can we cost items shipped via 3PL

We have 2 warehouses, one we own (internal) and another one managed by 3PL (3rd party logistics) 

our own warehouse we can manage and reserve materials in there and as a result, we can cost the material moved from/to it so when they ship the material to customers we attach that to the sales order and offset the revenue accordingly,

 

but in case of the 3PL how can we do that? (i.e. how can we cost the material shipping in a different system?) 

with known that we can see both warehouses via DOO and we can reserve materials in both using the DOO/GOP
