Adding Canddiate's Name to standard Taleo Evaluation Correspondence

I am trying to add the Candidate First Name and Candidate Last name to the standard Taleo (configuration>>Evaluation Management>>Messages>>Final - Required),.    It currently includes the token for the Evaluation Form Name and it has a dropdown list of other tokens, but I don't see how to add any of them.  I've tried selecting them, copying and pasting...nothing seems to work.   Also, on these evaluation notifications do you know if there is a way to remove the ical attachment from the message.   We aren't using that feature and it is confusing for our interviewers.
