How to search for date of birth in the actual year from value which contains many dates

Hello,

I want to find persons which their date of birth is in the current year .

The column wich contains date contains 3 or 2 dates separating by ~ and  depending of number of childrens , so I have to search in the value if there is a date of birth between the first of month of the current year and the current_date in OTBI.

Do you have an idea about?
