Directing Candidates Back to Application from Transitions

I would like to create a Transitions task that directs candidates back to part of their application

Good Afternoon,

We currently have an integration with Gallup to present assessments to our candidates during our apply flow. I was asked to see if we can present the assessment post offer, in Transitions. We have a message template in the Recruiting center that utilizes the token ( {CareerSection.ExternalServiceQuestionnaireUrl} ) to direct candidates back to their application if they haven't completed the assessment after they applied.  I thought I could utilize the same token in a transitions task to direct new hires to take the assessment. However, I keep receiving an error message that the career section is unavailable. Is this b/c our integration with
