Competency library integration between Fusion HCM and Taleo Recruit

Hi,

We have implemented Taleo Recruit and Fusion HCM Core and using OOTB integration currently.

We are looking to rollout Talent Management on Fusion with competency library against job profiles. Keen to understand if there any customers here who have successfully managed to integrate competencies from Fusion to Taleo? I understand OOTB doesn't support competency and TCC is probably the way to go, but I would love to hear if any customers have done this already.

It seems fairly logical to use the same competency library between Recruitment and Talent management but on speaking with our SI/Oracle, we haven't yet been able to identify any company that already do this.
