Summary Columns in Merit Plan

We are using our Workforce Compensation module for the first time (implemented September 2017). I'm trying to update the Summary Columns on our merit plan. I can't figure out how to update the calculations in these columns. The Eligible Salary, Overall Budget $ and Compensation Percentage Allocated columns are calculating incorrectly. How do I get these columns to calculate correctly? Thanks!
