Benefit Relationship: Inactive records stay active under status
Summary
When records are made Inactive, the Benefits Relationship does not automatically refresh the status to Inactive.Content
In Person Management when a record is changed to Inactive (terminated) under the Benefits Relationship section (Benefits Administration/Enrollment/ Benefits Component/ Benefits Relationship) the status is not automatically updated to Inactive. It stays as Active. Once the refresh button is manually selected the status will then change to Inactive. Under the Relationship Assignment section, the status will automatically change to Inactive.
We've tried running the Assign and Update Benefits Relationship batch process however it seems to only run on Active records. Any suggestions?
