How to show more than one input value in the Individual Compensation Plan

Only the primary input value is shown and not the other input values

We have one element created (Classification as Standard Earnings) and assigned this to a individual compensation plan, we have a lookup created for the user to determine the type i.e. could be **** (Amount) **** hours and **** days and then we have 3 fields for the input values i.e. Amount, Days and Hours.  Only the Amount input value is shown to the user (employee/line manager), when a user has selected one of the other input values i.e. Days/Hours then this is not reflected.  We need to ensure all of these unit of measure input values are shown, depending on
