Any assistance you may have with using an electronic I-9 via Recruit would be appreciated. We are interested in utilizing the Recruit Form created for I-9 Form, but not certain of the functionality. I have attached the Recruit I-9 Form, page 1 & 2.
- How does an authorized I-9 employer representative revise an I-9 for an employee if said authorized rep was not involved with the onboarding years prior? Reverification section is missing from I-9 Form.
- Does anyone print this or rely on the Recruit electronic file?
- How are edits processed? Last name change, visa expiration, etc.?
