Hi there –
We are looking to see if others are encountering issues with applicants/candidates entering special characters when completing the name fields. We have been having challenges related to special characters disrupting our data extracts from Learn and would like to stop the issue at the source which means when an applicant/candidate applies for a position on the career site. However, there are limitations in Taleo that keep us from minimizing the type of characters that are entered. Is there anyone experiencing an issue with special characters an applicant/candidate enters? If so, would you mind sharing your process on how you eliminate
