Can Administrator Delete a Job Alert

Getting a few bounce backs for defunct email addresses that previously registered for job alert

I found a thread on how a subscriber can remove a job alert they have set up but is there a way for a TBE administrator to access those subscriptions and remove one.

We have 3 or 4 emails that we get notice of a bounce back due to the email address no longer existing.  1 of those users has a candidate profile and the rest appear only to have subscribed with an email and not had an associated candidate profile.

Is there any way we can remove those alerts?
