Deleting OLF Levels

Content

Hi All,

Our client is using Taleo for a long time and is now moving their HRMS to Fusion HCM Cloud. The client is ready to make changes to the OLF structures to fit the OOTB configuration. Below are my questions:

  1. The organization structure is of 2 levels, is it possible to delete the second level from the configuration. We need to do this to match the OOTB recommended flat structure.
  2. If the synchronization job is run in Fusion HCM, will the Organization elements in Taleo which are not created in Fusion be inactivated? For ex: Taleo has BU's A, B C. Fusion has only A, B. Now if the process is run, what will happen to the BU "C" in Taleo.

Howdy, Stranger!
