How to display custom Candidate fields on Interview Feedback form

Hi all,

We are new in TBE implementation, however we have a business requirement to display a custom Candidate field on related Interview Feedback page. When submiting Feedback, customer wants to update this custom field and when saving Feedback record, this upded field should be reflected on Candidate page. How would you sugest to implement such business requirement? Is it possible to do at all? Thank you in advance.
