User Role - Hiring Manager - Remove Access To "Email Templates"

Want to remove access to email templates for Hiring Managers

Morning,

I created a Hiring Manager User role and see that they are still able to use the Email Templates under the candidates tab & also by clicking on the candidates email.

How do I remove that from the drop down & when they click on the candidate's email?
