OOTB Taleo to Fusion Integration replaced using TCC

Summary

We are exploring using TCC to either replace or enhance our Taleo to Fusion integration to aid the pending worker process for Hiring Managers

We have been live with Taleo to Fusion OOTB integration since late 2017, and there are a significant number of pain points for managers who receive the notification, process as a pending worker then quick convert to employee.

A quick summary of our pain points are as follows (the following items do not go across in the integration into the pending worker record, therefore hiring managers have to manually add them into the pending worker record):
