TCC - PIP version change

SmartOrg version change for existing zone

We have TCC on version 15A & the PIP version for SmartOrg is 10.0.2. We want to modify the import/config scripts to use 15A. In the documentation its mentioned to use migration helper tool for application of newer versions of PIP files to an existing instance of TCC. I was unable to find much about the exact steps involved. Kindly help in any way possible.
