Report on Most Recent Employer as well as NULL Employer by Candidate
Summary
Reporting on Most recent or Null Employer value by candidateContent
Hi,
I have a candidate report and would like to report on the most recent employer value (if present) or if not present input "No Experience" in the column. Does anyone know how to do that? I have tried a few formulas and nothing is working. I can't use the filter for "Most Recent Employer" = Yes otherwise it'll remove those candidates who do not have experience values.
