HireRight - job location requirement effective April 2018
Summary
background check vendor will require zip code; how to configure TaleoContent
Due to the ban the box laws (restricting employer's inquiry of candidate's former salary history), HireRight will require the job location during the background check requests. Anyone who is using Taleo and HireRight? I'm wondering if anyone plans to utilize the integration method? Currently, the zip code is not displayed (only if you hover over the work location) as part of the Primary Location. We have 4 levels: country, state, city, and work location. In addition, we have over 300 work locations. I'm looking for customers who are working on the integration who could provide some insight/suggestions for the configuration.
