Javascript code to call a rest api from TBE pages

Dear experts,

There is a need to update candidate data from another page within CSW (let say interview feedback or background check).

I was able to write a JS code to update the information needed, but the point is that a rest api call authorization invalidates current user session and user have to relogin after that.

Do you have any idea how to avoid this? Is it possible to call a rest api in that way I mentioned at all?
