Target learning item to line managers using initiative/assignment

Hi,

We have a requirement to target learning items to (new) line managers. I don't see any criteria enabling me to identify line managers so I suppose I need to create an analysis. However looking in OTBI I am not how to reach an analysis including all line managers? And how would I be able to identify 'new' line managers within the analysis?

Is there a possibility to identify them based on the security role they got? Which column should I add? And filter on timestamp of the security role assignment by applying a range of the last 60 days?
