Duplicate Rows; Multiple lines of data

I'm building a report that will serve as a validation/audit report to compare against our payroll system data (we do not currently have a feed set up between HCM and our payroll vendor). I'm running into an issue where the report is showing multiple lines of data.

I've determined that one issue driving this is that if there are multiple values for the same data, it will show up on multiple lines. Ex. There are multiple phone types (home, work, personal mobile, etc). As of yet, I have not been able to figure out how to get this data to populate in another column on the same row. If I add multiple columns for phone type and the phone number, and then do a filter on the first column for say, home phone, all the subsequent phone type columns apply this filter instead of just the one column I
