Organization goal plan feature not showing on the Line Manager page

Hi

When I Login as a person with Line Manager role, I am unable to see the Organization goal plan option. I assigned an Organization goal plan to a Department whose line manger is X and when I login as a Line Manager X , I don`t see the Organizational goals option in the goals section.

What could be the possible reason. Please let me know.
