Automate the Archive process in OTBI

Automating the Archive process in OTBI for Fusion HCMContent
Hi,
We take backups of the OTBI catalog across our Fusion instances by archiving the custom folder.
Of late, I have been wondering if there is a method or way (out of the box/custom) using which would automate the catalog archival process - ideally it would let us archive the catalog folders, and auto-download either to the local disk or upload it to an online server.
Possible approach that could be explored are welcome too.
Thanks
