New Worker upload: Is Employment terms required for 2- tier?
Latest Oracle documentation suggests that Employment terms not required for worker upload in 2 -tier employment model. However when we create data mapping for creating excel template, it includes Employment terms object when we try to include any assignment fields. Isn't this contradictory to what is mentioned in the documentation and how the system is behaving? Below is the snapshot of the Oracle Documentation. And I looked at the template available in doc id 2022624.1.
Please help to clarify. As documentation says terms not required for 2 tier but system is asking for the same during the worker creation. Thanks.
